Back Porch Pane Logbook publishes guides and takes no enquiries, which this page exists to say plainly.

Guides, Not Services

Back Porch Pane Logbook writes about energy efficient windows rather than selling it. Anyone wanting the work carried out needs a contractor, which this site is not.

Hiring Well

Readers looking for someone to carry out the work are best served by the ordinary channels. Verify licensing and insurance directly with the issuing body, get at least three written quotes, and ask each firm for recent local work you can look at.

Accuracy Over Time

Where a guide is factually wrong, it gets corrected. Accuracy is the only thing a reference site has to offer, and a page out of date on a code requirement is worse than no page at all.
